  • Since 2026 Director of the Lusíada Centre for Research in Social Work and Social Intervention (CLISSIS), leading the strategic development of the research unit, fostering research excellence, international collaboration and knowledge production in Social Work and Social Intervention. Since 2023, Coordinator of the Centre for Interpretation, History and Memory in Social Work (CiHMeSS), dedicated to the preservation, study and dissemination of the documentary, archival and historical heritage of Social Work in Portugal. Since September 2024, Student Ombudsperson of Fundação Minerva, promoting and safeguarding students’ rights and academic well-being. She is also a member of the National Network of Student Ombudspersons and actively contributes to the exchange of good practices and the strengthening of student advocacy within Portuguese higher education institutions. Furthermore, she is a member of the Ordem dos Assistentes Sociais.
  • 2021-2024 Director of the Higher Institute of Social Work of Lisbon (ISSSL), Lusíada University, coordinating undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programmes in Social Work and serving on the Pedagogical and Scientific Councils of the University. Since 2021, Secretary of the Pedagogical Council of Lusíada University.
